RaceWake™ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. We may refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Products & Ordering
All product images and descriptions are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the physical item due to lighting, screen settings, or minor manufacturing variation. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content — including pricing, availability, and product specifications — is error-free at all times.
Intellectual Property

2. Shipping Policy

Production Time
Every RaceWake™ Alarm Clock is built specifically for your order. Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for production and quality inspection before your unit is dispatched. We do not hold pre-made inventory.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch
- United States: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
- Australia & other international destinations: 10–16 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing. RaceWake™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier disruptions.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@racewake.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
